Even for the purpose of arranging synchronized materials, I would like to change everything to his LIGHT with 《DNA Transplant》and 《Maple Maiden》.
However, it's a little na that you can't use other effects.
With 《RGB Rainbowlution》, you can give it wind and water attributes and use the effect to move according to the situation.

As for the effect, he wants to aim for WIND's handicap, but it's disappointing that it requires a hand cost. Genex is a theme where it is difficult to increase the number of cards + the development power is not so good, so I think it would have been better to have no cost.

Unusually in S that specifies the gencon, there is no specification for non-tuners, but due to that effect, it is still double bound.
It is quite difficult to get everything from the development power of Genex and the level of Genecon, because you have to use specific attributes of things with various effects.
If you want to aim, you want to use low level recycle or use dryad together. But to be honest, if you overdo it, the balance of the deck can be destroyed, and since it requires a hand cost, it's hard to say that the effect is worth the effort. Regarding water and darkness, Konoryu is usually enough.
Conversely, if you try to narrow it down to one, the lack of power will become noticeable this time.
You can do various things, but you get the impression that you are poor in dexterity on top of the tight binding. There are many other excellent level 6S out there now, and it would be quite difficult to prioritize this one over them.

Also, it hurts to say that you need a hand cost to activate it. The biggest feature is that the effect overlaps. All the effects are excellent, but the hand cost is heavy.
However, this card has the romance that if you Synchro Summon multiple non-tuners with different attributes, you can activate all of these effects with just one card in your hand. In that case, Recycled Genex is recommended. Rather, it's a weak category if you can't aim for more than 2 attributes at once, so it's more of a romantic area.

Even in Genex, level 6 is a bit tough because it's a fiercely contested area...
Since it is designated as a gencon and is level 6, it is somewhat difficult to obtain multiple effects.
Wind has a handicap effect, water has a cyclone effect, and darkness has a light meta effect, but I would like to have a water effect that can eliminate one obstacle when hitting.
Wind is also pretty good, but these days he can become a GY manure, and in the case of darkness, although there are highly versatile cards, it is a bit difficult to specify attributes.

Regardless of the attribute, you can use your hand as a cost to reduce the opponent's resources.
It is recommended to use 《Genex Recycled》if you want to use multiple effects due to the level. Due to the nature of this card, the more materials you have, the wider the range of support.
The effect is the strongest during DARK, but it is somewhat passive because the target is bound by light.
To be honest, I want wind and water to be done at no cost given the severity of these restrictions...
