One of the cornerstones of drag development, basically equipping Phalanx or Couse and synchronizing from disengagement is the flow of this guy. It has a real fishing effect and allows you to summon a level 8 Synchro at once via Vajranda.
It has the effect of strengthening RBI, and it includes itself, so if you combine it with the equipment card, it will be 1900 RBI, which is a sufficient number for a low-level attacker. Most of the time I connect to the sync right away, so I don't use it much.

Since it can be searched with 《Dragon Ravine》, stable operation is possible, and it is a reliable lower class when forming Dragunity.
