Fairy's Hand Mirror has nothing to do with Fairy monsters.
It has the effect of transferring the effect target of his opponent's Spell card, which is activated for one monster in the field, to a monster in another field, mainly by stealing his opponent's Equip Spell, or when the opponent is on this monster. On the other hand, the role is to force the removal spell you have used against the opponent's monster.
However, there are many removal spells that do not target, and most of his spell cards that only remove monsters are still used today.
Of course, it can't be activated without another monster that can move the target, so it's hard to prevent the removal as a dew attack that activates before the monster is put into play.
Also, since it can't be activated with a damage step, it doesn't support Quick-Play Spells, which are activated as combat tricks such as synchronizing rushes and contractions, which were often used in the past.
