If you rely on ATK increase, there is a Graceful Dice card that has a 5/6 chance of buffing more than this card.
Well, cards that can change the overall status in a free chain without specifying a target are rare, so I don't think it's possible to say that there won't be a theme that fits well. However, the evaluation at the moment is a very harsh place.
