Even though Simocchi isn't blessed with a reprint, it's definitely cheaper than Reficule, so it's sufficiently differentiated.

The Trap card, which is a meta to the Recovery Spell that existed from DM2, is OCG in the 2nd season.
In the game, it was a one-use trap card, but in the OCG version, it became a continuous trap, and unlike Goblin Fan, which has a completely different effect, it has become a proper meta for recovery effects.
It's a card that makes me think it's great to turn only the opponent's recovery into damage, and it's possible to build a burn deck with this card as the main axis in combination with Reficule.
It goes without saying that by itself, it's just a figurine, and it's a roundabout way of converting recovery into damage and burning it down, and since it's a trap card, you can't convert recovery from monster effects or spell cards from the first attack into damage. I can't say for sure, but I'm willing to think that a card that's worthy of being the main focus is worth more than other general-purpose cards.
On the other hand, why did 《Goblin Fan》and 《Infinite Dismissal》end up like that?

There is a nurse that can be said to be a monster version, and due to the large number of search and recruit methods, that one is basically prioritized and this is the 4th and later. Both are strong combos and weak against removal, so more is better, and this card's raison d'être doesn't change.

It is the main axis of Deck, but depending on the environment in the future, it may also play an active role as a meta.
