It's a special move card that can be used by anyone with a Dragon, and in a sense it's a general-purpose special move card.
The effect is a selectable type of effect that either deals effect damage or removes it by destroying a single monster with a conditional effect, but a card with both selectable effects that are weak makes me wonder how futile it is.
It doesn't mean that anyone can use it.

800 damage is an effect reminiscent of the Safety Line in Riding Duel, but when you need a dragon...

Since the burn effect can't be used for anything other than finishing, the lower effect should be the main effect, but since the range of destruction is limited, a normal general-purpose removal will suffice.
A subtle level card even if 2 effects are applied simultaneously.

You can choose to burn or destroy the opponent's monster, but Burn is only 800, the same as 《Ookazi》. Monster destruction is limited to monsters with defense power of 800 or less, which is very narrow. Even without the condition that the Dragon monster exists face-up, the card is far from being adopted.

Good or bad, half-baked card. The early burn effect isn't bad, and the late removal effect isn't bad either. However, since it's usually used in the latter half of the effect, "Earthbreaker" is more stable.

Usability is not bad, but the effect is weak.
There are many other good cards in Burn, as well as removal.
I think it's better to narrow down to one dark image rather than two half-hearted choices.

It's not bad to have two options, Conflagration or Removal, as a Dragon-only support, but there are many cases where other cards are sufficient for both...

A fireball that deals 800 damage to a player or monster.
Can be activated when there is a Dragon on your field, and can be activated by choosing between 800 burns or destroying 1 monster with 800 or less defense.
However, both effects can't deny the deterioration of existing cards, and even if there are options, both are half-baked and difficult to use.
A picture-perfect example of poor dexterity. If you look at it now, the salty effect is severe, but it's also plainly difficult to ask for a Dragon on the field with this effect...
