There are many things I would like to say, but the only thing I can say is that if OCG Toon had the same ability as the original Toon, it would have been absolutely unnecessary card.
Why did the ability "He can only touch Toon with Toon" become the ability "Toon must touch Toon"?
I think it's fine to be able to attack directly, but I think it's also necessary to have the ability to avoid opponent's attacks in order to get past summoning sickness.
Well, now that 《Toon Kingdom》has appeared, it's a story...
On the other hand, it is also a card with a reputation for good illustrations, and I quite like this illustration.

Toon World is Gachan in Chains! A card that I love the illustration that feels like it's going to be. Unlike Kingdom, he loses LP to protect Toon, so it looks light at first glance, but it hurts that the damage he receives is not the difference of his ATK, but a direct attack. It used to be unique in that it was the only trap that could be searched by lottery, but since three useful traps have appeared since then, even that advantage has been lost. There is also a mysterious restriction that it can only be used for level 4 and below, so it can't even be included in the Toon Deck, but the illustration ad is expensive, so I want to use it somehow.
On top of being errataed to protect all Toons, if you can search for this and receive a direct attack, it may be saved if a card like LP recovery comes out.

There's no doubt that he's weak, but he was one of the few ways to protect his Toon until Kingdom came out, and I love the name and illustration, so this score.
I have only one in my boyfriend's Toon Deck.
