A Continuous Spell that delays the attacks of all monsters put into play, people call it "summoning sickness".

Comprehensive evaluation: Since it is difficult to set up a combo, I would like to use it as an attack suppression card that is also effective against Link Monsters.
Compared to 《Stumbling》and 《Lose 1 Turn》, it is superior in that it works against Link Monsters, but it will attack if destroyed.

It's a decent deterrent, but 《Stumbling》is a pretty big rival. 《Stumbling》in Defense Position has more influence, but depending on the deck, it may be easier to use, so it will be a choice.

Basically, 《Stumbling》in Defense Position can do the same thing, but it can also block the attacks of Link Monsters that cannot be in Defense Position.
With Toon, you don't have to worry about summoning sickness, which is a weak point.
