A magic jammer whose activation cost is reduced from 1 hand card to 2 magic counters.
I like being able to counter his spells without consuming cards in my hand or field, but compared to magic jammers and magic drains, the activation itself is not stable, and I can only counter his spell cards, so my defense range is, of course, less than a sentence or a bribe.
It's at the level where he puts 2 magic counters on himself with the effect of NS/SS triggering, and considers whether or not to use it only after a low-level monster that can set this card appears in his deck.

Comprehensive evaluation: The magic power counter itself is easy to earn, but the counter range is narrow.
If you have 《Magical Citadel of Endymion》and other cards that can put a magic counter on it, you can earn two magic counters by activating one spell card, and the activation cost itself can be easily worked out.
You can earn enough by using Endymion P monsters.
However, if you want to seal Spell/Trap cards, something like Endymion, the Mighty Master of Magic would be fine.
This card itself is difficult to handle, such as not earning magic counters.

The spell meta has more similar cards, especially Bribery, and power counters have more useful uses. It's a waste to use two to negate one spell.

Activation conditions are not difficult if you accumulate it in Endymion or activate a power stone.
But if you ask me if it's something I do with magic counters, I'm suspicious, and if I want to stop the spell, I'll just use a bribe.

Being able to stop spells is nice, but magic counters are pretty expensive.
《Solemn Judgment》, which can be suppressed by LP cost, is easier to use than Magic Drain and 《Dark Bribe》, which have warnings and no cost and have demerits.
The strength of three of them is that they can stop spells other than his spells.
