Due to the rampage of some Buraro, Star 7 Synchro was seriously understaffed, so even this was a valuable fighting force for a long time. Comprehensive evaluation: 《PSY-Framelord Zeta》and other his Synchro Monsters are preferred.
He only recovers and his ATK is only 2400, so it's hard to prioritize him as an attacker or for effects.
You have to think of a clear combo, such as bringing back the monsters that were excluded with the GY cost.

Since long ago, before errata, D/DB was banned, and Black Rose was restricted, so aside from the effects, I thought that this monster would be the next general-purpose 7-sync hitter, Lightning. He is a Synchro Monster with an anecdote that Warrior appeared.
LP recovers well just by using the effect once, but the effect is only that, ATK is also a so-called advanced level.
Currently, all levels are strong enemies, and even Psychic has Zeta, so it's difficult to prioritize if you can't make use of his GY exclusion, which is the lowest cost.

It doesn't specify materials and requires Psychic for its effect, but with the existence of Usagi, which is a highly versatile hand trigger, there's no shortage of chances to activate the effect at least once, even if it's not centered on Psychic.
However, it is difficult to give priority to other level 7S with only LP ads. Even Psychics don't give priority to such LP gain, and there are quite a few cards that can be GYed, so the decks that Psychics can use are somewhat limited.

When Black Rose was expensive and hard to get, I used it as a level 7 synchro.
