Comprehensive evaluation: 《Fire Hand》is better, but if you can make the most of your race, you might be able to use it.

Also, Fencing Fire Ferret and Fire Hand are much more useful for suicide attacks, and Raikou and Grave Squirmer are far more useful for setting.
