Comprehensive evaluation: It is good to send, destroy in battle, and aim for search.
Grants resistance not to be destroyed by Trap cards, but the range is narrow with ATK 1200 or less.
It looks like you can aim for a combo with 《Gradius》-related monsters, but if you strengthen it with 《Honest》or 《Vic Viper T301》, it will easily go out of range.
Sending it in, destroying it in battle, and using the search effect would probably be better, but I feel that there are many cases where monsters with Recruit abilities are better.
《Vic Viper T301》is a search candidate, and it can be strengthened by playing it during the Battle Phase.

I think the ability to search for specific monsters (although they need to be destroyed in battle) is useful. In particular, Chronomaly Nebradisc, Genex Neutron, which has a search effect, and Orbital 7, which has a salvage effect, are candidates to bring.

The first half effect is difficult to maintain with this low stat card, so I want to use the second half effect effectively.
Races, attributes, and levels are limited, but the ability to search fighters, Cyber-types, and VWXYZ is a strength.

However, since ATK is lower than Recruiter, the damage may be fatal from the middle stage onwards, regardless of the early stages.
