What you can do with a low-level vanilla and this monster side by side is her stealth effect on this card and vanilla's 0 battles damage which is passive to death. Even though it might have been useful for 《Zushin the Sleeping Giant》's advent if it could at least grant battle destruction resistance.
Even if you aim for 0 damage and add resistance with other cards, it would be better to use something like Spirit Barrier instead of summoning this card.

Both effects are backwards, and on top of that, it's a very delicate monster that can't even protect vanillas below level 3. In the first place, unless it's a very useful effect, there's no reason to include a half-baked Effect Monster in his vanilla deck.
