Comprehensive evaluation:《Inverse Universe》《Shield & Sword》is good.
Even though it's a Continuous Spell, it can't be used unless you wait until your next Standby Phase, so you can't use it for combos with only one Machine or Warrior.
In most cases, it's a reason to line up monsters with high defense and aim for a simultaneous attack.
You can't interfere by swapping the opponent's monster's ATK and DEF.

The offense-defense reversal effect itself is interesting, and the effect lasts until the opponent's turn, so it's not bad because it can deal with Shield & Sword's weak point, the return turn.

A card that can be said to be a racially limited 《Shield & Sword》.
It is inferior to them in that it takes a long time to activate, requires a cost, and cannot affect the opponent's monsters.
It's nice that a card with high defense power can turn into a powerful attacker, but the damage it takes when this card is destroyed makes it a very difficult card to use.

Unfortunately, the races are limited, so the combo potential is low.
Even more problematic is the activation timing of self-standby. It's quite difficult to bring this card with the monster you want to flip. Also, he doesn't care about the LP cost if you use it more than once, let alone once.
There is almost no surprise in the reversal, and it is extremely difficult to utilize. I think 《Inverse Universe》and 《Shield & Sword》are still easier to use.
