As a burn card, it is difficult to use it as a finisher, so it does not mesh with Burn's haste, and it may even strangle yourself.
Even if you use a magic counter, the magic counter itself and burn are not compatible.
Better yet, it might be better to see it as a card that can be put on Magical Citadel of Endymion at high speed. If you place a fourth one with Apprentice Magician, etc., it will self-destruct without taking damage, so it should be less of a hindrance than Burn.
