《Escalation of the Monarchs》, which is convenient at such times, will not lead to Tribute Summon if the level is 4 or less, so be careful. With 《✪ The Price Of Flesh And Blood》, you can summon not only Tribute Summon, so it works well.
Although the probability is low, there is a risk of drawing 1, so if you want stability, 《Star Blast》is better.

Comprehensive evaluation: As summoning support, it is random and difficult to use.
By changing the level of the monster in your hand, you can move it out without releasing it, or make it P-summonable.
However, it is unstable because it depends on the outcome of the dice.
It also doesn't work well with effects that change the outcome, and even if you use That Six to make it 1, it disappears from your hand.
