His Equip Spell has no effect unless it is equipped to a monster on his field, and the activation conditions are such that it is too backward-looking, but he has no intention of giving any benefit to the equipped monster itself.
Season 2's 《Black Pendant》was able to do that much, so it feels like a card that I wanted to do a little more properly.
I understand that it can't be helped to raise her ATK and DEF of the equipped monster whose job is to be destroyed in battle from now on, but it's not too much to say that it's nothing.
The name of the card is interesting and it has that kind of effect, but when you look at it comprehensively, the "give" part of the give and take is too weak to be used.

If you equip it on Recruiter and self-destruct, you can draw or handicap, and if you reduce the opponent's hand, it will be difficult for the next counterattack.
However, if you get in trouble, like having the equipped monster removed, your loss will likely be greater.
In that case, another card seems better.
