As for the effect, it was a reasonable card at the time that the Winged Beast version of ATK 2400 that can be put out with one release had a bonus effect, but there was no particular way to use the bonus part strongly, so I returned to the Deck. I can't see much of the benefit that I can think of.
It's more of a disadvantage than being able to use GY, so it's hard to think of it on the same level as a bonus effect like 《Despair from the Dark》.
