The strength of appearance is one of the best among the Harpie monsters that have appeared at the time of evaluation, but the combat ability is too low, and the same Harpie's Normal Monster has 《Harpie Lady》itself, and Harpie cannot be treated as a ready. There is basically no reason to adopt this card, which does not have any name designation.
Even with the same Harpie Normal Monster, the level is different, the ATK is 500 or less, and even if you put 3 copies of 《Harpie Lady 1》, you can only use Harpie as a Normal Monster that can be put in the Deck.
Other than the strength of the look, I would like to evaluate at least the playful flavor text that is conscious of Lady's.

Overall evaluation: There is significance in using the Harpie name.
It can be treated as a Tuner when Synchro Summoning 《Cyber Slash Harpie Lady》, and can be Synchro Summoned together with a Level 6 non-Tuner.
It is possible to revive her with 《Debris Dragon》, and you can aim to bring out her level 6 Dragunity.
For Normal Monster, it's a good idea to put it out with 《Unexpected Dai》and put it in her GY as a link material.

A pretty card alone is worth it.
However, since this card is a Normal Monster in the "Harpie" category with a lot of support, if you don't care about stats in a vanilla Deck, it will be worth using.

The vanilla "Harpie" monster is the main selling point. But Harpie Lady is naturally vanilla as well. Due to the limitations of cards with the same name, Harpie Lady 1 takes up space, but even so, there's little point in using this card. If 《Harpie Conductor》was designated as a “Harpie” monster and stronger, it would have been worth using along with 《Unexpected Dai》.

Illustration-wise, he's more popular than Harpie. Is it because KONMAI gave the GO sign to the design that I aimed for?
In place of Shieldwing, her work in Dragunity also disappeared with the reprint of Shieldwing,
