A Trap card with the card name negate, used by Ishizu in the original Battle City arc, which does not negate anything in terms of effect processing.
I feel that Counter Trap would have been fine for this range, but isn't it better not to negate it?
Even with such a card name, it has value in the sense that it will be OCGized.
Putting aside what the effect will be, it's still too early to give up hope for Uzumaki, Thieves, and Arijigoku.

A card that can negate a draw.
that's all.
Unnecessarily rare and hard to obtain.

Overall evaluation: Very narrow meta range.
If you have an effect other than draw, you're out, and you can't do it with additional actions such as discarding your hand.
There is no point that beats 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》.

Contrary to the name, the effect is not negate.
And, as already mentioned, it has a frustrating drawback of not being able to activate on cards that have actions other than drawing.
Temptation and such cards are often major.
As a result, it has become a fairly limited meta card.

Even if he negates adding cards to his hand, he can't negate GY manure.

Hey negate. (a certain crab style)
And the worst of all is that it cannot be activated on effects that include processing other than drawing.
First, card D, which becomes the end after activation, 《Allure of Darkness》, which is removed after the draw, and now Skaldet is also excluded (it would have been fun if I could have lost 4 draws←).
Gordon is a realistic hypothetical enemy, but in that case, even though it is turn 1, it will be a highly versatile "Urara is OK".
The only salvation is that it makes you discard the card you draw instead of adding it to your hand, so it's strong against Dark World, but it's a category that uses trades, companions, and kills, so it's unlikely to hit you hard.

It's bad, it's not negate!
2 points because the illustration and name are cool

So rare but so blatant trash card
Even if the enemy's draw is negate, what is GY fertilizing?

I just sent the card that was supposed to be drawn to GY and didn't negate the draw...
In the end, if it ends up being sent to GY, it's okay to say Drastic Drop Off, and the activation conditions are somewhat limited, so it's tough.

The negate effect was usually strong, but the "negate" effect was sadly weak. I can negate the draw effect, but I can't stand it because of the strong rival "Drastic Drop Off". Don't mistake it for Soul Charge just because the illustrations are similar. I don't have anyone like that.

In the original, it had the same effect as "Washing Drop", but since "Washing Drop" already existed in OCG, the effect was changed. Not only has it become very unusable as it can only be activated against draw effects, but a strong rival called 《Drastic Drop Off》has also appeared, so much that the significance of its adoption is being questioned. Despite that, even the Expert Edition is rare, so it's a complete loss frame.

About the rare matter
It's good for his Exodia Deck, which draws a lot, but now the monster Thunder King Rai-Oh draws...

That draw, no need to!
Draw is fine until justice can be sealed,
Drastic Drop Off》outperforms in many ways...

A card that came out quite late despite having a name that could be found on early cards.
But negate only the draw effect...
Moreover, 《Drastic Drop Off》is less likely to be countered, and it can be used for purposes other than drawing…

I'm going to negate Nisashi-dono's draw. Nisashi-dono can't be allowed to be lifted from the grave.
