The status is the same as Frost and Flame Dragon, which is the water and FIRE version of this, and in addition to the race and attributes, the monsters that are the removal cost are wind and EARTH, and the cards that can be removed by paying the hand cost are from the vanguard. The difference is that it has changed to the rear guard.
The drawback is that it's harder to come up with removal costs than 《Frost and Flame Dragon》when using it in a race deck... They also had the advantage of using Five-Headed Dragon and pre-errata Future Fusion to easily prepare exclusion costs for monsters within their own race.
Which card is stronger to remove depends on the opponent's deck, so it's difficult to make a difference, but in any case, compared to Frost and Flame Dragon, I don't have much of an impression or fondness for it. Do I need to be his Fiend separately? I feel that there is also a difference in terms of card design.

Overall Rating: Spell/Trap There are other cards for card removal.
While there are low-level monsters that can be summoned to destroy Spell/Trap cards at no cost, requiring a GY cost and a hand cost is definitely insufficient.
Even if you aim for Xyz summoning, there is no combination that is particularly meaningful.

If it's a card like that, I'd like to hope for a powerful effect, but that's Cyclone with a hand cost.

The effect is Cyclone, but since there are general-purpose removal cards such as Cyclone and Dust, it is difficult to use.
In terms of status, like Frofre, it is lower than Monarch, so combat support is essential.
