Cards that can recruit "Crystal Beast"
It's great that he can Special Summon with Recruit at no cost during his main phase, and if he Special Summons Carbuncle, at least 2 "Crystal Beasts" can Special Summon him.
However, the activation condition is a bottleneck, and two "Crystal Beasts" must be placed in his Spell & Trap zone, so if you can't secure "Crystal Bond" while leaving the summoning right, you can't activate it. Compared to recruit cards with other themes, the impression is that the usability is one step lower.
That said, it's an important card for mass deployment in a "Jewel" Deck, and since it doesn't have a turn 1 with the same name, it won't spoil even if you draw two or more, so you can consider stacking three.
