The 2-card handicap is strong, but the condition that the opponent has 5 cards in their hand is a problem.
Even so, it's a random 2 card handicap, so I think it would have some effect if it was decided.
Luckily, it's a monster, so if the opponent's hand runs low and the effect doesn't work, it's a relief to have other uses.

The condition of 5 or more cards is difficult to satisfy because it depends on the opponent even if you do it normally, and it is unlikely that you can satisfy it with your own effects.
It's good to use a bounce to return cards from the opponent's field to increase the number of cards, and then set up a handicap.
If you bounce Spell/Trap cards or monsters, it's easy to attack.
With 《Masked Ninja Ebisu》, you can bounce and give this card a direct attack ability, so it seems to be a good match, but Dana tends to leave the important developments to other cards.
