Watt's strength is not in stats but in thick effects, so the sentence "Effects are negate" is quite painful.
You don't need it for giraffe and cobra axes, and even less for woodpecker axes.
If you want to strengthen your armament, I think that cubes, unity, Solidarity, etc. are good.
