Overall Rating: Kaiju can take it back with a suicide attack.
《Owner's Seal》looks good, but this is a wall too.
Since you can only send one Kaiju, it seems that there is no real difference if it is a Kaiju.

It works well with Kaiju and Torch Golems, but you don't need to go out of your way to retrieve them. Since it's a card for combos, I think it will have a chance to play an active role if a powerful partner appears.

As others have said, Owner's Seal is enough to regain control, and it's impossible to recapture your own monsters that are treated as equipment cards like in the anime.
Since the battles damage is set to 0, it can only be used as a countermeasure against penetration.

Kaiju makes it easier to trigger from suicide attacks.
However, it would be difficult to give priority to 《Owner's Seal》or even more easy-to-use categories such as Graydol, which has the same race and attribute as Gameciel.

A card that rescues a card that has been taken control, and compared to similar cards, cards such as acid golems that are limited to the opponent's field and sent can only be returned to one body, making it a little inferior as a meta.
Furthermore, it needs to be destroyed in battle to be activated, and it is a basic suicide attack, but since it is through an attack, there is a high possibility that it will be disturbed, and it cannot be activated in a situation where it cannot self-destruct. The halfway high stats for self-destructing is also a bottleneck, and golems often destroy the summoning right and send them, so there are many cases where they can't be put into play in the first place.
The advantage over similar cards is that it's a warrior, so it's easy to bring to your hand for reinforcements. Even if the effect cannot be used effectively, in the worst case it can be used as a material or an attacker, and it can work as a wall that does not receive battles damage, so it can function on its own.
Still, there are many rivals and it is somewhat tough.

Even if the battle damage becomes 0, it's very inefficient to take back control of a single body with a suicide bombing attack, and it's a story that Owner's Seal is fine in the first place.
It has a rare effect, but it's not very user-friendly, so even Decks that want cards with a fairly narrow range of effects like Owner's Seal and Remove Brainwashing won't get called out, so where on earth should I use it...

《Give and Take》and Golem are essential combos, and 《Owner's Seal》and 《Remove Brainwashing》can do the same thing.
In other words, with this effect, it's hard to easily compete with Super Fire and the Disaster Clan...
