A trap card that can be activated only when Stafrost is on the field, and can be used to remove a single Deck bounce against 1 Effect Monster with Friche.
However, it will allow the owner of the card returned to the Deck during the End Phase to search a fairly wide range, and if it is used as a removal against the opponent's monster, even if it is against a level 4 monster, it will be Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring or Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring. It's easy to go for generic hand triggers such as Maxx "C".
Since monsters with a "lower" level than the monster returned to the Deck are searched for, the original owner such as Kaiju uses it to remove monsters with a level, rank, and link 1 that are not searched for anything. You will be required to use your own monster by pressing it against your opponent's field.
The second half of the effect is that if a Veda monster is Special Summoned, it can be salvaged from GY, but currently there are no Veda monsters that can be treated as Star Frost, and the Veda monster's own SS ability can be used so easily. Because it is not a thing, it can only be felt as a convenient thing to have.
The wide search range when used against your own monsters is attractive, but since it's a trap card and the search is in the end phase, I don't think it's a card that can be used until you have a lot of stress. It's a feeling.
