The second half of the effect is that if a Veda monster is Special Summoned, it can be salvaged from GY, but currently there are no Veda monsters that can be treated as Star Frost, and the Veda monster's own SS ability can be used so easily. The wide search range when used against your own monsters is attractive, but since it's a trap card and the search is in the end phase, I don't think it's a card that can be used until you have a lot of stress. It's a feeling.
