You can exchange cards with the specified P monster in the Deck, and there are many useful targets such as Op, Astrograph, and Big Star.
However, the consumption is rough and he's a Continuous Spell, so he's vulnerable to interference.
There are cards that can be played relatively easily, such as Death Machina and 《Magician of Hope》, which also have the additional effect of P summoning right.
Zarc's overall attack grant is high for himself, but there aren't many opportunities to make use of it because he has a total removal.
It's highly dependent on combos, but the effects of 1 and 2 are versatile, so it's not a bad card as a pendulum support.

The conditions are fairly heavy, but despite the somewhat insane search targets of 《Astrograph Sorcerer》and 《Supreme King Gate Magician》, it has a moderately strong effect.
