It has a certain value as a hand exchange spell that has a dedicated search method, and there is no cost payment, so it has the advantage of less loss when it is negate compared to a hand exchange spell with similar effects, but the Mannadium Deck is the main deck. Since you don't have that many Mannadium monsters in your Deck, if you can't put a duped Mannadium tuner back into your Deck, it's no different than a typical exchange spell that ends up leaving your Deck, so what? Then, if you negate it, you want to return it to the deck in your hand, not just the draw.
The GY effect is mainly used to increase the number of attacks by turning Lilium Heart into a tuner when summoning Prime Heart, whose number of attacks is determined by the number of tuners used as S materials. It's currently not used that much in a build like this, so even if the main effect is subtle, it's hard to say that it's an effect that's enough to be used along with a secondary effect just for this effect, so it's difficult to give it a high rating.
Overall, I have the impression that it can't be helped if cards that care for accidents cause accidents.
