Since you don't have that many Mannadium monsters in your Deck, if you can't put a duped Mannadium tuner back into your Deck, it's no different than a typical exchange spell that ends up leaving your Deck, so what? Then, if you negate it, you want to return it to the deck in your hand, not just the draw.
The GY effect is mainly used to increase the number of attacks by turning Lilium Heart into a tuner when summoning Prime Heart, whose number of attacks is determined by the number of tuners used as S materials.
