If you read only the summoning conditions and effect text written on this card, it's a Fusion Monster that doesn't seem to be a strong card at all...
Combined with themes and effects of other EX monsters, it exhibits amazing strength as a relay point!
I never would have thought of returning Visas Starfrost, which was removed as a summoning condition with Bystial Dis Pater, and using it as a material to send him to GY.
After all, the latest theme card is one that feels difficult to evaluate early. You may want to wait and see for at least a year!

Special Summon means is a special Fusion Monster, but using 《Scareclaw Reichheart》as a link material, searching for 《Visas Starfrost》, destroying 《Scareclaw Reichheart》, and turning 《Visas Starfrost》into a Special Summon.
