The effect is dependent on the opponent and cannot be activated unless an attack is declared, so even if you put it in, it can not be activated or the level is 1, so it will be an accident factor. 《Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon》works better if you include this card. For the time being (2), you can use a substitute effect, but 《Photon Blast Dragon》is fine. Other special win decks or delay decks may be used for other purposes than Galaxy/Photon. However, he does not support GY's Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon, so in order to use this effect, he needs as many Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragons as the number of 《Galactikuriboh》. Galaxy-Eyes' photon dragon effect and (2) of Galactikuriboh can protect you twice, but even with a delayed Deck, you can just use Swift Scarecrow or Battle Fader.
