Regarding ①, it will be triggered by either player's attack declaration, but due to Runick's restrictions, it is rare to trigger your own attack declaration. Basically, the purpose is to make the opponent refrain from attacking by reacting to the opponent's attack declaration, but the effect is to remove the top two cards of his Deck. Since the number of copies is small and the opponent's board does not collapse, it cannot be expected as a deterrent.
If anything, the favorite is ③, and in addition to 《Runick Fountain》, he has 《Runick Flashing Fire》in GY. However, Runick has a limit of "once per turn" across the board, and it will be severe if it is found that even if his Runick is already used, it cannot be reused on the spot.
Also, since it's his deck that uses "Runick Fountain" to the limit, GY doesn't maintain Runick properly in the first place, and in most cases there are almost no salvage options.
