In terms of the performance of this monster alone, the impression is that it has a lonesome performance with low decision power and control power as a Link 4 monster with limited power.
With the ability to negate the opponent's effect when calculating the attack force effect and damage calculation, it can respond to arm boasts whose power is determined by its own effect, such as Daiza, but a fixed hand cost is required each time. Therefore, it is difficult to take advantage of the strength of not having turn 1.
Effects that trigger in combat before damage calculation, like Valero, are of course also unblockable and are removed before the effect is used.
The effective target resistance applied to her Link Monsters, including herself, is an effect that requires activation and is named Turn 1, so this monster alone shouldn't be a big threat.
Originally, her ATK is over 3000, and it's not bad that she can be used with two materials and her strength doesn't change even if she uses two, but I feel a little hesitant to make her stand alone.

Comprehensive evaluation: It is difficult to be weak to the effect which does not take a target.
《G Golem Invalid Dolmen》is a resistance that is immune to activated monster effects, and this is a counter effect that negates the target effect.
If you co-link with 《Transcode Talker》, you can often add resistance to the target effect, reducing the need to play this card.
I feel that the hand cost is too heavy to negate the effect of a monster that fights.
It would be nice if I could cross-link it with 《G Golem Invalid Dolmen》and grant both resistances.
It can be used for things other than [G Golem] and [Cyberse], but it is limited.
