It's not a bad effect, but 1 Recruit can't be triggered by returning it to his Deck and doesn't work well with Contact Fusion or 《Favorite Contact》.
The fact that the resurrection effect of 2 is also required is an element that is incompatible with resurrection.
It's highly dependent on combos, lacks synergy, and it's difficult to say if the return is worth the effort.
