The effect of (1) requires this card to be in the EX zone, but I think its strength is that it can protect other monsters from attacks.
The effect of (2) is that you need to bounce your own WATER and his monsters, but you can bounce your opponent's monsters.
The effect of (3) is that if you equip a "Marincess" link with 《Marincess Battle Ocean》and 《Marincess Sleepy Maiden》, you can special summon the equipped "Marincess" link after negate the opponent's Spell/Trap. I think it works.

One of Link 4 "Marincess"
It has a valuable removal effect for "Marincess", who has a lot of WATER ties and can't rely on the effects of general-purpose Link Monsters. New Marincess Link Monster. This is link 4.
The effect of ① is to induce an attack. It's useless with his raw ATK, but with Battle Ocean, it's 4300 RBI, so it's a practical effect.
The effect of ② is a removal effect. Feels like a bounce version of Sukudora or Breaksword. I think it's a bad move, but you can also bounce yourself.
The effect of ③ is suppression effect. It doesn't respond to monster effects, but with [Marincess] you can leave that to the waves, so it feels good to divide the work. However, since you can't equip monsters on your own, you'll have to rely on Battle Ocean and the new Sleepy Maiden.
The first Marincess Link Monster to have a clear suppression effect, but the nature of the effect makes it more dependent on Battle Ocean than any other card. Depending on the situation of the field, it will be used properly with barrier reefs.
