the effect is rather subtle. Both effects are fairly passive and depend on the opponent's effects, except for the suicide attack. With the exception of Ogdoadic monsters, his ATK is weak, so it might be nice to be able to deny the battle, but the 2nd effect described later is even weaker, so it's not very strong against this card's removal.
As for the second effect, Snake Rain or his Ogdoadic, which boasts of snake water lilies, will probably cut 5 or more cards, but although it depends on the Deck type, his GY Fertilization is a basic reward. The level of whether it is combined with the resurrection effect of Amynesia.
For the time being, it's an effect that can be used on all reptiles, but the effect itself is subtle, so it's difficult to get a job elsewhere. As a Field Spell that can be searched with Nia, if you build an X-axis Ogdoadic that incorporates Gorgonda, will it become a Field Spell personnel?

I think the effect of (1) is an excellent effect that can restrain the destruction of "Reptile" monsters.
In particular, the "Ogdoadic" Deck is based on "Reptile" and can be searched by "Ogdoadic's Remnants - Naia", so I think it's a great match.
The effect of (2) can actually help the opponent use his GY, so I think it's a good idea not to use it unless you can be sure that the opponent will run out of his Deck.

The effect is so-so, but by including this card, it will be easier for him to include Gorgonda in the Ogdoadic Deck, and the fact that Ogdoadic's rank 8X offensive will progress & Nia can also search for this card is important, so I can give him points around here. I think so.
