If the conditions are met, it has not bad effects such as resurrection, exclusion without taking a target, and damage reduction by half.
The only condition is the neck. As already mentioned, Stardust Dragon-related out-of-field effects are somewhat passive.
It's not that you can't actively fulfill it, but considering the high degree of combo dependence and the trouble of operating his Stardust derivative, it's a romantic impression.

Comprehensive evaluation: Since it can fill the gaps in the opponent's turn, it is good to search in the case of the first attack.
