If it's Buraro Boppa, it's Red Rose. If you search for 《Basal Rose Shoot》, you can do the same movement as White Rose, so it's more stable than Red Rose. However, there are pros and cons because you can't recover after Bumpa.

If you search for 《Basal Rose Shoot》with the effect of (1), I think it is excellent that you can deploy a “Rose Dragon” monster from your hand and GY.
Although the conditions for the self-salvage effect of (2) are limited, I think that there is no loss.

When deployed, it has the effect of searching for cards that support Black Rose other than the same name, and the effect of self-salvage when Rose Dragon or Plant Synchro is destroyed by battle or opponent's effect.
Black Rose doesn't have much support, and even Rose Dragon doesn't include White. If you search for it, the Crimson Rose, which has a combo that easily puts out a Black Rose, or the Hazel Rose shot, which has an excellent resurrection effect, will be the leading candidates. Since this card is itself a tuner, reviving a non-tuner with a Hazel Rose shoot is pretty powerful.
The second effect is self-salvage. I'm honestly grateful that I can use it many times as a summoning reaction searcher. However, since the effect destruction trigger is limited to the opponent, it is quite painful that it can not react to the self-destruction by the effect of Black Rose.
It does have a bit of a search target, but since there are cards that can be used to simulate hoisting, it's sure to be one of Rose Dragon's main low-level cards.

If you bring "Basal Rose Shoot" and use it as a material for a striker, and revive it, it will lead to Link 2. Since it is a tuner, Hari can also be summoned, leading to further developments.
The recovery effect of 2 is also difficult to handle actively, but it's not bad as a restraint against destruction.

New Rose Dragon.
When you land, you can search for a card designated by Black Rose, it feels like you can't search for White Rose you want to search, but it feels like it's out of reach, but being able to search for Basal is excellent. It is great to be able to connect to Hari to call.
The effect of 2 is passive, so it's a bonus, but it's not a loss, and it will be the top candidate as a monster to recruit from Red Rose.
