PHRA finally got a lot of new additions to Infe, who seemed to be strengthened and didn't come.
If it's Infe, he'll be a material worker coming out of GY at virtually no cost.
The weakening effect is basically a bonus, but the buff value is moderate, so it may be useful depending on the situation.

Handless has the effect of lowering the opponent's ATK by 800 and the effect of self-regeneration.
The effect of lowering ATK is quite wide, but since his own ATK is low and it is mainly used as a material, you can not expect much. Although it is attractive to be able to handle Metabicards such as 《Inspector Boarder》by itself.
Another effect is self-regeneration, which could evolve his Infernity solitaire route even more complex and powerful. Since there is a turn 1 with the same name, the timing of resurrection seems to be important, but there is no reason why the material factor that can be used at any time by sending it to his GY is weak due to the hand cost. The ATK reduction effect can be processed up to 2000 even by itself, and it can be popped out on its own, so it may be a path that can be forced through when you forget.
