A Quick-Play Spell that is one of the cards that are included in the Darkness DP.
It's a card that has existed since Legend DP, the predecessor of attribute DP, and it's a card that will be an overwhelming losing frame in each character's frame. .
Activation itself has no cost, and I wouldn't say that the resistance it gives is ridiculously weak. I think it would be nice to apply the above effect on the turn that activated the effect.
There is only a mysterious cut-in that shows the two effects that can be selected in the illustration, but if you do this, it would be better to refer to the original Yu-Gi-Oh's panel layout and make it look like it. It was good.

Requires Shocker's presence and has two effects to protect his Machine in your army.
The first effect grants effect resistance and the second effect negates the target effect. It's not that you can't do anything, but if you ask me if it's an effect that I want you to use one card, I'm left with doubts...or rather, it's definitely salty. I think that it was good to give destruction resistance and target resistance to all the machines in the army normally. Of course, remove the activation condition.
I know you wanted to put Shocker's name in the text... but I wish he had a GY effect to revive Shocker or something like that.

However, the essential effect is half-hearted endurance.
I don't think it's too late to say anything stingy about one of the following when you've specified a specific card.

A card that seems to reproduce the negate effect of 《Time Wizard》based on my rule theory that ``it doesn't rust because it is made of a special alloy''.
It can protect the Machine in general, but the effect is plainer than "Cyber Energy Shock" for the need of Shocker.
Addition of resistance is limited to destruction, and there is no point in using it even if it is subtly stingy as it only targets things that negate.

It's a card that can protect all Machines, but it's a card that protects almost all Machines, assuming Psycho Shocker from the conditions. Psycho Shocker doesn't have resistance, so it's nice to be able to protect it, but it's useless against the scariest battles, so it's unreliable as a defense. It might be different if Psycho Bounder is lined up next to it.
Above all, it has the same problem as "Cyber Energy Shock", but it is severe that it is useless without Psycho Shocker. Especially since it relies on the opponent's actions, it's even worse than 《Cyber Energy Shock》.
