Requires Shocker's presence and has two effects to protect his Machine in your army.
The first effect grants effect resistance and the second effect negates the target effect. It's not that you can't do anything, but if you ask me if it's an effect that I want you to use one card, I'm left with doubts...or rather, it's definitely salty. I think that it was good to give destruction resistance and target resistance to all the machines in the army normally. Of course, remove the activation condition.
I know you wanted to put Shocker's name in the text... but I wish he had a GY effect to revive Shocker or something like that.
