Psycho Shocker doesn't have resistance, so it's nice to be able to protect it, but it's useless against the scariest battles, so it's unreliable as a defense. It might be different if Psycho Bounder is lined up next to it.
Above all, it has the same problem as "Cyber Energy Shock", but it is severe that it is useless without Psycho Shocker. Especially since it relies on the opponent's actions, it's even worse than 《Cyber Energy Shock》.
