You can get 《Gear Gigant X》or 《Qliphort Genius》with one card. Since he has three Meklords in GY, in addition to fulfilling the summoning conditions of Meklord Astro Dragon Triskelion, it also serves as the summoning cost of Therion "King" Regulus. Meklord's Rescue Rabbit. Since you can Special Summon two Machines, you can simply make them Rank 4 or Link 2, or use them to trigger the effects of Deskbot 001 and Genius. It's a versatile card.
Also, although it is a niche demand, thanks to the appearance of this card, 《Chaos Infinity》can also Special Summon his LIGHT. I can't think of a specific use for it, but perhaps a smart person could come up with an interesting combo.
No matter how hard you try, the second effect, Burn, will only deal damage equivalent to a mosquito bite, but it is an optional effect that can be layered over other effects. For example, if you use this card as a cost to destroy a core with a creation effect, it will protect the core's Recruit effect from the back, so it will not be foolish.

Although the effect of (1) is limited and restricted, I think that it is great that you can recruit 2 "Meklord Soldiers" monsters to connect with "Gear Gigant X" and "Qliphort Genius".
I think it's also a strength to be able to connect his own destruction with the effect of (1) to his Special Summon of the "Meklord Monarch" monster.
