I think that the effect of (2) can make up for the cost of the hand when Special Summoning with Super Quantal Mech Ship Magnacarrier.
There are restrictions on link materials, but with Brilliant Fusion, send Super Quantum White Layer to GY as a fusion material for Gem-Knight Seraphinite, search and salvage Super Quantal Fairy Alphan, and have two summons remaining due to the effect of Gem-Knight Seraphinite. If you normal summon Super Quantal Fairy Alphan and some "Super Quantum" monster, you'll have all the link materials, so I don't think there's a problem.

Judging from its name, it's probably a card that surpasses Great Magnus, but it's abilities are weak, its markers and effects are supportive, and even though it's like a 4-body fusion, it's a card that's somehow different from a Link 3.
Effect that gains resistance to effect destruction when Link Summoned, effect that allows you to draw when a Super Quantum X monster is Special Summoned from the EX Deck to the link destination, and his Super Quantum with the same attribute when the linked X monster is destroyed. It has the effect of recruiting monsters.
His resistance to effect destruction isn't bad, but his ATK is so-so, so the chances of him breaking through in battle are quite high. Support from the Super Quantum Machine Beast will be indispensable. The second effect can be used in conjunction with MagnaCarrier to compensate for MagnaCarrier's hand cost. When that monster is destroyed, the 3rd effect will call his corresponding Super Quantum and Xyz it again.
