As a workaround...
Destroy Blaster Magna or Super Quantum Machine Beast with Magna Liger, or release Blaster Magna or Super Quantum Machine Beast for SS if White Layer is in hand, or establish Link 4 with Blaster Magna and Super Quantum Machine Beast. .
