Since it's rank 6, it's easy to put it out with the Jinzo Deck, but it can't seal traps, so if you want to put it out aggressively, that's not the case. It would have been nice if Psycho Shocker had been used as a material and had an effect like sealing a trap. It feels like a generic rank 6 that has nothing to do with Anma Psycho Shocker. Good ( 1 )
▶︎ Deck	《Toon Defense》 6 フォース 2023/03/05 23:30 Toon World is Gachan in Chains! A card that I love the illustration that feels like it's going to be. Unlike Kingdom, he loses LP to protect Toon, so it looks light at first glance, but it hurts that the damage he receives is not the difference of his ATK, but a direct attack. It used to be unique in that it was the only trap that could be searched by lottery, but since three useful traps have appeared since then, even that advantage has been lost. There is also a mysterious restriction that it can only be used for level 4 and below, so it can't even be included in the Toon Deck, but the illustration ad is expensive, so I want to use it somehow. On top of being errataed to protect all Toons, if you can search for this and receive a direct attack, it may be saved if a card like LP recovery comes out. Good ( 2 )

The effect is a very exciting one, as the second half of the restriction from "Mind Control" has been banished. It's basically used in the same way as 《Mind Control》, but since there are no restrictions on the monster it steals, you can use it to add firepower or use effects. The illustrations are beautiful, and I think it's a power card that will never fade. Yu-Gi-Oh will stop when a control-taking Spell that exceeds this comes out. Good ( 8 )
