An excellent card. Since it's rank 6, it's easy to put it out with the Jinzo Deck, but it can't seal traps, so if you want to put it out aggressively, that's not the case. It would have been nice if Psycho Shocker had been used as a material and had an effect like sealing a trap. It feels like a generic rank 6 that has nothing to do with Anma Psycho Shocker.

Shocker's general-purpose Xyz, but without the strong Trap meta-effect.
It has the effect of taking control under light conditions.
This is powerful in itself, but there are restrictions on activating effects and attacks, and if it can't be processed, it will be returned, so in the worst case it could be used as material for this and Link 2.
It can also be used as a release for destruction effects with its own 2 effect, but it lacks stability as it requires a face-up Trap to activate.
The biggest rival is Sheridan, who has a higher hit point than this and can turn the monsters he steals into level 6 and use them as materials.
It's a bit of a roundabout way until you take control over there, and you can't take Link or her Pendulum, but the removal effect is all-purpose and the effect of the revived monster is effective, so you can participate in the battle from the next turn.
