The effect is... The more tuners you have, the stronger they become, but if you have just one, it's much better to just keep synchronizing them. Good

To be honest, there isn't much of a level 2 tuner instead of a level 4 tuner because the two big monsters with level 6 syncro are absent. Even as a material for "Road Warrior", it is slightly difficult to use. Good
