It's not an effect that will be activated by releasing two bodies on purpose. It is better to use 《Raigeki》or 《Harpie's Feather Duster》than to prepare Tribute materials and summon this card.
You can easily Tribute Summon from 《Photon Sanctuary》, but then 《Zaborg the Mega Monarch》takes precedence, and you can leave the development and the board to that.
